In-House Designer

Our mission is to create appealing, functional and affordable designs for our customers. We enjoy working directly with our homeowners to develop creative and unique plans, regardless of home size or budget. As a Victory, Destiny, or StoneCrest homeowner, you can sit down with our designer to revise our plans and create a home that truly fits your needs.

Homes Built Better

All homes offered by the Victory Family of Homebuilders are constructed to the highest of standards. Our homeowners can choose from traditional stick-built construction, or an energy saving ICF system on any plan we offer. Every home features a roof finished with 30 year HD Elk Prestique dimensional shingles, and quality names like Milgard windows on our Destiny Homes and Andersen windows on our Victory Homes. Plus value-added interior features like Kohler fixtures, Lennox energy efficient furnace & central air, Lennox Healthy Climate 10 media air cleaner, 50 gallon gas water heater and other brand name appliances and amenities are built right in.

Customer Service

Project management ties together all activities on a project. A plan may be well conceived, but if all aspects are not expertly managed, it may overrun the budget or fall short in quality. To ensure your satisfaction, the owners of Victory, Destiny, and StoneCrest Homes are personally involved in all phases of the build process. From the moment you contract with one of our companies, you will be given complete access to each of our owners. They, along with our professional sales team, will work directly with you to plan and build your new home — even after you move in — to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Shorter Build Time

Many of our homes are built in about six months. How do we do it? Simple. We treat the people that we employ to build your home with respect. As with any project, communication is the key to success. Therefore, together with our subcontractors and suppliers, we create a schedule for each home. And with the help of our trusted team, the job is done right and on schedule.
